OPBC partners with our state convention, the SBC of Virginia, the North American Mission Board, and the International Mission Board, as well as serving the community through local missions such as food drives and as a House of Refuge, standing for life in Powhatan and the surrounding community. The church also sends at least 10% of general fund offerings to the Cooperative Program of the Southern Baptist Convention to support ministry and missions around the Commonwealth, the Nation and the Globe. Current partnerships and mission trips are being planned for Puerto Rico, and working with North Africans in Western Europe.
